This Day Spa is brought to Kingston, to enable residents and visitors to the capital city to have a resort-style, indoor-outdoor Day Spa at their convenience.
Booking your Appointment: We recommend that you book your appointment as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred time. To make your appointment, contact us by telephone, email or direct message on FB, Instagram or WhatsApp. If you prefer a specific service provider, please make your request at the time of reservation.
Arrive on time: During your first visit, you will need additional time prior to your appointment to complete a questionnaire. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow your session to being on time. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment times. So as not to inconvenience the next guest, your treatment will end at the appointed time and the full cost will be charged.
Cancellations: Unexpected events do happen and you may need to cancel or postpone your appointment. Because this time is reserved for you, we ask that you give us as much advanced notice as possible so that we may allow another guest to enjoy our services.
Spa Attire: Dress comfortably for your visit with us. During your treatment you will be covered with a sheet at all times. You may remain in your underwear if you so desire. Consult with your service provider to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. Remember: we’re here to please you.
Be Considerate: To preserve the tranquil environment for all our guests, please ensure that your cell phone and other electronic devices are turned off or on silent with the speaker turned off. We ask that you use your “spa voice” at all times, bearing in mind that treatments are always in session. Absolutely no loud speaking or cell phone use is permitted in the treatment areas.
We love children just as much as you do. However, Spas are places of quiet and calm and it is unreasonable to expect young children to sit quietly alone for extended periods. In consideration of all guests, we ask that you make alternative arrangements for them to be properly attended to while you Relax.
Communicate: Our therapists are fully trained to cater to your wellness needs. Our goal is to create a relaxing experience for all. Please inform them at any time if for any reason you are uncomfortable or require anything else during your treatment – massage pressure, room temperature, etc. Talk to us about how we can enhance your comfort and relaxation.
Prenatal Massage will only be offered to guests in their second or third trimester. If you are pregnant or have any other condition that you feel we should be aware of, please inform the receptionist as well as your service provider.
